Initial Disclosure Document
We are required by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), our regulatory body and the independent regulator of financial services, to provide you with an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) to enable you to decide whether or not the products and services we provide are suitable for your needs. This document provides information about Professional Vehicle Solutions Ltd. In addition, we are required to provide you with details of how to make a complaint should you need to do so, together with details of the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.

Professional Vehicle Solutions Ltd whose registered office is at Grove House, 97a Macclesfield Rd, Hazel Grove, Stockport, SK7 6DT is an independent vehicle finance broker and not a lender. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority - Firm Reference Number 660146. This can be verified by contacting the FCA on 0800 111 6768 or by viewing the Financial Services Register at www.fca.org.uk

What do we offer?
We offer a range of vehicle finance facilities through a panel of carefully selected third party lenders who may or may not pay us an introduction fee or commission. We will not refer your business outside of our approved panel of lenders. A copy of our approved lender list is available on request.
What Services will we provide?
We will provide you with either comparable details of firms most appropriate to your lending or purchase requirements or general information about the financial products available. To enable us to assess your requirements we may ask questions about your personal circumstances and it is important that you answer as accurately as possible and provide us with relevant information to enable us to provide you with information to permit you to make an appropriate choice.
Some services which we offer are not regulated by the FCA.
Confidentiality and Data Protection
Throughout the process of obtaining finance for your vehicle agreement, we will need to collect information from you and pass this information on to third party lenders to enable them to make a credit decision. We will not disclose your personal information outside of this panel of lenders and can provide you with a list of lenders together with their FCA reference numbers on request. In order to arrange funding / credit for you, these lenders will undertake credit searches through a Credit Reference Agency which could affect your credit rating. All of our calls are recorded for training, monitoring and compliance purposes.

Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme should we fail to meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business or circumstances of the claim. Further information is available from the FSCS
